Under whose law?

As a constitutionally redeemed Sovereign Citizen of these United States, I follow my own code, constitutionally bound…
As a child of God I retain all sovereign freedom as the freeholder of my own body Constitution is submitted to all Citizens equally.
Dejure it does not protect trans-national corporations because these entities are defacto alien to the constitution.
Constitution protects the right to property unless that property is used against the general health of the people and ecology (criminal street-gangs, oil refineries).
Constitution is religion-neutral and, although it was inspired by Greek, Gnostic and Judeo-Christian values, it is not a Christian document or it would've mentioned Moses or Jesus as the supreme author or inspiration. Constitution protects the collective people's right to self-defense.
Natural Law / Common Law are the laws of your religion or culture (wicca, 10 commandments, etc.) as long as a citizen does not infringe upon the common law practiced by another citizen, or contradicts constitutional regulations.
USA is an incorporated entity which provides a person with National Identity, required for all humans by the global governments, and mandatory for participation in government programs, protections and regulations.
Citizens express sovereignty by declaring and/or being defacto independent of the rule of “alien entities”:
- their taxes
- their laws
- their regulations
Sovereign citizens hold all rights and protections enumerated by the contract known as “the constitution for the united States of America”, and practice Common Law, which may reject the protections upheld by the “UN Bill of Rights”.
Citizen’s have a recognized Sovereign right to
- Issue writ
- prosecute justice (boycott)
- Profit from labor and to conduct profitable business
- Unionize
- Organize collective entities (distributions)
- Institute self-government
The People of this state do not yield their sovereignty to the agencies which serves them.
The people, in delegating authority, do not give their public servants the right to decide what is good for the people to know and what is not good for them to know.
The people insist on remaining informed so that they may retain control over the instruments they have erected.
1889 quote by Henry W. Grady: “if there is any human force that cannot be withstood, it is the power of the banded intelligence and responsibility of a free community. Against it, numbers and corruption cannot prevail. It cannot be forbidden by law, or divorced in force. It is the inalienable right of every free community.
